Main Activities:
The Offshore
Construction Division (OCD) is specialized in conducting detailed design &
engineering, onshore fabrication, load out, sea-fastening, transportation,
installation, hook up and commissioning as well as survey and repair of the
offshore structures.
Capabilities:
OCD employed a
workforce of nearly 1,400 highly-qualified professional and experienced
personnel in various disciplines and professions such as construction, welding
technology, electrical automation, anti-corrosion, metalism, hydraulic,
construction equipment, etc …
Management and
operation of 210.000 m2 port area include: 144.500 m2 fabrication yards, 20.000
m2 workshops; three (03) skid ways with the capacity to load out jacket up to
216m length and 16-32 width,
Modern equipment such
as 14 crane/trailer up to maximum lifting capacity of 1350 tons, 2 rolling
machines, 16 automatic welding machines,
CNC pipe profiling cutting/plate-cutting machine, blasting /painting machine
etc.; 3 lifting, pipeline laying barge/vessels ( Hoang Sa, Truong Sa, Con
Son ) with maximum lifting capacity up to 1,200 tons and pipeline laying speed
up to 1,5 km/day.

installation capacity of over 30,000-tons per year

with trailers/cranes and transportation barge.
