The R&EI has performed the following work:

• Developed a scientific database, performed numerous feasibility studies, prepared prospecting & production well drilling programs, procured floating facilities, offshore facilities, and applied new technologies to VSP work;
• Made reports on the estimation of oil and associated gas reserves of the White Tiger and Dragon fields;
• Made reports on the estimation of oil and associated gas reserves of the White Tiger and Dragon fields;
• Made plan of White Tiger field development and construction of its surface facilities;
• Made master plan of the north-east structure of Dragon filed development and construction of its surface facilities; 

• Made development plan of the north-east structure of Dragon filed and construction of its surface facilities;

• Made development plan of the central structure of Dragon field and construction of its surface facilities;
• Conducted feasibility study of Bach Ho- Thu Duc gas treatment and treatment and transportation system;
• Development master plan of construction of Rang Dong-Bach Ho gas pipeline system;
• Developed PM3-Ca Mau pipeline project.
