Oil and gas exploration is totally a new industry in our country, therefore to master the technology, the enterprise attach special importance to training both technical workers and management staffs. Back to the foundation date, there was 20% - some young technicians and only 10 engineers graduated from various countries while the majority power – 80% is from oversea.

Presently , staff and management team has rapidly increased in both quality and quantity thank to the appropriate human resource policy. Up to 2001, most of important and key positions of the enterprise are undertaken by Vietnamese experienced workers and officers . The  total staff of the enterprise  is more than 1,300 persons in which Vietnamese  account for 85% and oversea staff 15%.

Workers’ Spiritual and material life’s have much been taken cared by the Board of Director. Activities like cultural sports, initiative promotion and technical improvement are also part of development strategic  for  human resource of the enterprise.
