Established in June, 1982, Offshore Construction Division is one of the leading divisions with large experience of offshore oil and gas facilities construction. Annually the Division is capable of constructing 2 marine fixed platforms for 50-60 meters water depths of as well as laying tens of kilometers of subsea pipeline. The Division satisfies VSP's needs and is ready to fabricate, construct, repair fixed platforms and lay subsea pipelines for foreign companies.
Thirty platforms (fixed, satellite, central processing, water injection, gas compression, living quarters...), 200 km of oil and gas pipelines, and many others installations and facilities have been assembled and constructed.
The Material and logistics base can support annual fabrication of 40,000 tons of metal structures for offshore petroleum facilities with international standards. 
Together with Brown & Root, the Division has recently won the bid for fabrication and construction of Sun Rise Platform for JVPC (Japan Vietnam Petroleum Corp.), and Ruby platform for Petronas (Malaysian).
The workers have been granted certificates by international classification societies. 

The Division is capable of constructing internationally qualified port quays and factories with metal structures.
