According to Vietsovpetro Joint Venture (VSP), the jacket of BK-15 wellhead platform fabricated on VSP yard in the duration of 4 months was loaded safely on May 02.

The BK-15 jacket with 800 ton of weight, assigned fabrication to Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure Co. Ltd. (PVC-MS), was started fabrication on 23 January 2010. This is one of the key projects of PetroVietnam in general, and VSP as particular.

Once loaded, the PVC-MS’s project team will continue to seafastening the jacket, VSP-05 barge and complete the final stages. It is scheduled that today May 06, the BK-15 jacket shall be sailed away for offshore installation.
