Together with development of joint –venture enterprise, the medical services is also concerned continuously from Board of Director during development process. To assure and increase the staffs’ heath, the quantity of medical personnel is always supplemented to meet the enterprise’s need. From the early days, there were only a few medical officers but the staff number has much grown since discovery of industrial oil. After one year the number is 38 persons and up to more than 120 persons after 10 years. The center has 124 persons in all up to end of 2000 including 85 doctor and 26 nurses.
Both Vietnamese and Russian doctors and nurses have been trained basically and have enough experiences in medical field . According to annual planning, they are also improved and upgraded their qualifications at the leading medical center at Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi. With a full team of medical staff and specialty, the medical service is assured to protect the labors’ heath.
