The precedent of Automobile transport division was technological transport department was established on July 09, 1982. On the first days of establishment, the Division only had some cars to serve for director, some big transportation cars for cadre and workers, and other transportation means had to rent from units outside the Joint-venture enterprise. With the development of Joint-venture enterprise, the demand of using transportation means has been increasing. The Automobile transport division were equipped more other transportation means such as truck, crane truck, fork lift truck, tube truck, pulling head and all kinds of specialized trucks serving for oil work.

The Automobile transport division do the service work in internal of Joint-venture enterprise, meet the demand of transportation means by car of all units as well as Joint-venture enterprise for activities on seashore; serve the requirements of loading goods and materials for units; serve the installation and construction of parts for units at sea and on seashore (including overdimensional cargoes); serve the work of breakdown resistance, explosion prevention in every bases; serve the work of transporting director and cadre and personnel to go to work, to business, to visit and other requirements.

Now, total of cadre and personnel in Division is 410 persons. Over 2/3 of available drivers in the enterprise is demobilized soldiers who had seniority in work, was trainned, and examined frequently about transport safety. Being a unit serving as daughter in law, the Automobile transport division has always fulfilled assigned duty, met all demands of units in Joint-venture enterprise.
